Falguni Dharodiya
Board Treasurer
Growing up in India, Falguni was the first in her family to become a computer engineer at a time when few women pursued higher education in her community. This experience fuels her passion for STEM education and advocacy. A lifelong learner, she holds multiple professional certifications in data, cloud, and healthcare technologies, as well as strategic and project management. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Health Informatics from Louisiana Tech University, and a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University. Falguni helped launch and manage a Girls Who Code chapter while she lived in Louisiana. She also volunteers at annual SheTech Explorer Day, and leads the Women in Analytics and Data Science (WiADS) group at Optum. In a previous role at CenturyLink, she often volunteered to promote STEM careers at middle schools in north-east Louisiana. Actively engaged in her community, she serves on Draper City’s Community Engagement Committee and supports initiatives that foster inclusion and learning. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking,reading, and traveling
