Annual Giving 2024

Reach for the Stars

Mark your calendars! Our once-a-year school-wide fundraiser, Annual Giving Week, is blasting off September 22–26 — and it all wraps up with our second annual STEM Expo Night on Friday, September 26 5-7 PM!

This year, we’re aiming for the stars with a bold and exciting goal:

 An Extreme Gym Makeover!

That’s right — it’s time to transform our well-loved gym with new floors, fresh paint, a modern sound system, lunchroom upgrades, retractable hoops, and more. It’s been nearly 20 years since the gym had a full update, and we’re ready to bring it into the future!

We know you’ve seen the chocolate bar sales, wrapping paper drives, and coupon books at other schools… but we don’t do that here. Instead, we ask you to partner with us directly to provide the most amazing education, facilities, and teachers around. 100% of your donation stays right here at Channing Hall, supporting the incredible experience we offer our students every day.

To reach our goal, we’re asking each family to consider donating $200. If every family joins in, we can make this dream a reality!

New This Year: The Constellation Challenge

As donations roll in, we’ll track each classroom’s progress.

When a class hits $2,200 ($35,00 per middle school grade), they’ll unlock a Secret Galaxy Challenge — an exciting surprise reward, challenge, or adventure just for them! These might be glow parties, science experiments, or other stellar experiences.

How to Donate:

  • Cash, Check, or Card (online or in person)
  • Stock Donations accepted
  • Many companies will also offer matching donations — check with your employer!

This is the only major school-wide fundraiser of the year. (Our PTO-sponsored Fun Run happens in the spring!) All donations go directly to Channing Hall and will have a lasting impact on every student.

Let’s launch this campaign together and make our gym shine as brightly as our students!
