New Family Information
Your child has been accepted to Channing Hall. Now what?
- Deliver a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and Vision Screening (Kindergarten-2nd grade only) to the school within five business days of your acceptance. You may also email these documents to info@channinghall.org or fax 801-571-8786 if you are comfortable with those delivery methods.

School Supplies
School Supplies are provided by Channing Hall so you do not need to purchase a long list of school supplies. You supply a backpack and water bottle. We suggest a $40 supply donation to cover these supplies.
